Madeline & Marc's Sunshine Filled Winter Wedding

The long weekend was full of so much sunshine, and for early Winter, that’s some beautiful news! Madeline and Marc’s Sunday wedding was warm, bright and had not one drop of rain in sight. In huge contrast to the engagement session we shared not too long ago in Autumn (which you can see here). They must have gotten all the rain out of the way early, and so their sunny Winter’s wedding day was perfect.

I met Madeline just around the corner from their venue at the Majestic Rooftop Garden Hotel for some preparation photos. Everyone was so chilled, the morning had gone perfectly smoothly and there was a relaxed vibe in the air. Dressed to impress in her Rozla Kelin gown, and followed by her beautiful bridesmaids and proud parents she walked the short distance though city streets to Ayers House. The ceremony conducted by Julie Read was simple, classic and heart felt, and beautifully fit the vibe of the day. Along with the sweet, classical songs from Amicus Strings to the backdrop of the gorgeously ornate Ayers House room, the ceremony was elegant and classic.

With the sun out, we were able to go for a short stroll through the city, passed big beautiful trees, ornate old university buildings and along the shining River Torrens as the sun started dipping down. I left the gathering of family and friends as they enjoyed delicious meals, beautiful tunes from a Party With Kate, kind words from loved ones and the beautiful decor. Madeline and Marc’s wedding was perfect, classic and sweet, just like the two of them.

Congratulations! xx
