Yes — you could say awkward couples are my specialty, haha. Most of my couples tell me they usually feel awkward in front of the camera, but that a session with me feels easy, relaxed and surprisingly fun.

I use gentle direction, natural prompts and a calm approach to help you feel comfortable without stiff posing. You don’t need to know what to do with your hands. Don’t worry, I’ve got you.

My style is relaxed, candid and people-focused, with a mix of real moments, gentle guidance and natural portraits. I’ll photograph the big emotional moments, but also the in-between bits – the hand squeezes, belly laughs, happy tears, nervous smiles and wild dance floor energy.

Every couple is different, so my approach changes depending on what feels natural for you. I want your photos to feel fun, relaxed and a bit like an adventure – wandering somewhere beautiful, finding gorgeous light, and letting real moments unfold.

When you need direction, I’ll keep it simple and prompt-based. I might ask you to walk together, whisper something ridiculous, pull each other in close, or get the kids to run up and tickle Dad. Nothing stiff, nothing awkward, and no pretending to be people you’re not.

I’m based in South Australia and photograph weddings across Adelaide, the Adelaide Hills, Barossa, Clare Valley, McLaren Vale, the Flinders Ranges, the Riverland, rural SA and beyond.

They give you such a beautiful chance to focus on what, and who, matters most to you. I’ve photographed weddings so small I was the legal witness, and they were just as special as any of my larger wedding days.
