Boho Port Willunga Beach Elopement
Katelyn and Travis’ Port Willunga elopement was exactly what they wanted it to be; easy, casual, laid back, and completely focused on the moments that mattered most. With just their two close friends as witnesses, and their son Henry by their side, the day had such a relaxed and intimate feel. Their ceremony was kept beautifully simple with only the essentials: a quick exchange of words, rings, a kiss, and then plenty of time for photos.
The styling was full of soft boho neutral details, with a beautifully decorated arbour set against the beach, cliffs, and ocean. After the ceremony, they celebrated with family photos, little moments with their son, portraits with their witnesses, champagne on the sand, and plenty of natural, fun beach photos. It felt less like a formal wedding day and more like a relaxed afternoon by the sea with the people closest to them.
As the light softened, we headed to Blanche Point for romantic sunset portraits along the sandy cliffs. Even though they described themselves as “not very lovey dovey people,” those quiet, close moments together made the most beautiful photos. Holding hands, arms around each other, laughing, embracing, and soaking in the fact that they were officially married. Simple, relaxed, fun, and full of love; this was such a beautiful little coastal elopement.
