Belle & Karens gorgeous horse themed Clarendon Wedding
On Saturday I was honoured to witness & capture Belle & Karens gorgeous same sex wedding. I feel touched by every wedding I capture, and always love how unique & personality filled each and every wedding is. But I had to choke back the tears more than a few times at this wedding, these girls were one of the happiest couples I've seen to be getting married. It makes your heart swell up to witness so much happiness at being able to express your love in such a special way.
Kathy & Andrew's Intimate Barossa Wedding
On Thursday, Kathy & Andrew married with a very relaxed and intimate wedding surrounded only by their very closest family & friends at the beautiful Jacobs Creek Retreat. The rain literally held off just for the ceremony and the portraits, starting to drip down as soon as our last portrait was shot. (Thank you!) It was such a sweet little day ♥ Hope you love your sneak peek guys, & congrats again! xx
Melisa & Ben's Fun wedding & Sfera's
It's not too common to have a wedding on a Wednesday, but that's just one of the many things that contributed to Ben & Melisa's wedding being so special. There wasn't a dry eye in the house as Melisa & Ben said their vowels in the gorgeous Sferas in Modbury. From the Star Wars homages to the beautiful decor, Ben & Melisa truly made this day their own. And the result was a lot of fun and happiness! Melisa & Ben, I wish you all the very best, and may the force be with you! xx
Jo & Brett's Beautiful McLaren Wedding
Jo & Brett married on Saturday surrounded by their closest family & friends with their beautiful little daughter in McLaren Vale. Their ceremony took place in the Willunga Rose garden just as the sun was beginning to dip it's way down. Followed with some lovely photos at the Port Willunga Esplanade and Serafino Winery as the sun continued lowering down into a glorious sunset. I left them as they began to party the night away at their stunning reception hosted by Middleton events, with such a cool frog cake wedding cake & lego cake topper.
Maree & Hugh's Intimate Aldgate Garden Wedding
On Sunday, Maree & Hugh married with a perfectly heart fluttering ceremony hidden away in the luscious gardens of Stangate House in Aldgate. From the location, to the weather, to the lawn games and the generous selection of drinks & food the day was simply perfect. I absolutely loved the beautiful attention to the little details that made this day so special.
Jess & Josh's Stunning Flinders Ranges Outback Wedding
Just a little bit North of Hawker and a little bit South of Wilpena Jess & Josh got married in the stunning Flinders Ranges Outback. Surrounded by friends & family and bathed in a beautiful low light, they tied the knot in a gorgeous & dusty creek bed. They had one of the best readings I've ever heard, and just had to share the a little piece of it with you, (you can read it at the end of the photos). Jess did an amazing job planning and creating all the unique little details. The cake covered from head-to-toe in a rainbow of hundreds and thousands was just too awesome. Congratulations again guys, enjoy your sneak peek! xx
Robyn & Darren's Barossa Valley Wedding at the Novotel
It was a warm and beautiful day for Robyn & Darren's Barossa Valley Wedding at the Novotel. The whole day had a wonderfully relaxed vibe and was full of so much fun! The grounds of the Novotel are vast, with a view to die for. Of course, Robyn & Darren's wedding ceremony was perfectly positioned to take full advantage of that beautiful view too. Enjoy your little sneak peek guys, and a big congrats again! ♥
Sarah & Michael's Dreamy Veal Garden Wedding
Sarah & Michael's wedding was a little bit dreamy, a lot beautiful, and the perfect end to a gorgeous summer. The Veal gardens really is a bit of a "hidden gem" in Adelaide. (Though not quite so hidden on this particular Saturday with at least 3 other weddings enjoying the beautiful gardens). The day went so fast!
Kim & Clay's Beautifully Delicate Middleton Wedding
Saturday's wedding was simply gorgeous, soft & delicate - in every way. Kim & Clay were married with their beautiful little girl Imogen at the stunning Middleton Beach Huts. Late afternoon weddings are always so beautiful, with the low light of a dipping sun casting a soft and warm glow. And the location? Amazing! Gorgeous brightly coloured beach huts surrounded by an understated garden. Awesome.
Tanya & Matt's Gorgeous One Tree Hill Wedding
What a lovely way to finish off my Monday, looking through some favourite photos from Tanya & Matt's gorgeous One Tree Hill wedding at Art Through Da Vince's Eyes. Such a unique venue, a Roman inspired garden hidden away in One Tree Hill. The weather also decided to change things up a bit for us! When the ceremony began we were being bared down upon by 41 degree heat and a very bright sun. No sooner had the ceremony started than a quite rumble in the distance of a thunderstorm brought a cool & welcome relief to the weather. With gorgeous overcast skies and a sudden temperature drop that felt oh so good!
