With restrictions easing considerably since their elopement nearly 1 year ago, Grace and Sam could enjoy the wedding celebration they were waiting for! A big reception celebration and party with their friends and family. Complete with canapés, speeches and dancing. Woohoo! 💃 It was so fun spending that time with them, and meeting the beautiful daughter that had been with them in Grace’s tummy on their wedding day one year before. These two are such beautiful people, who deserved this special break from their chaotic lives to celebrate a love strong enough to bare the harsh world of a new business during Covid-19.

Autumn is a beautiful time of year, the days are getting shorter and colder as the trees and vines warm up in earthy orange tones. Britt and Darren were excited to finally be getting married, but also to get the formal things done so they could relax and celebrate! The day was super relaxed and fun, just doing the day their own way and enjoying the little things.

This was such a lovely wedding to be a part of and capture. Beautiful, relaxed vibes all day and night long - no rain or chilly weather could dampen any spirit. We all just rugged up in crochet blankies and extra jackets instead. Their day was a long time coming. Filled with love, gratefulness and appreciation for being there together and to be surrounded by those that love them. With a sincere ceremony and a big, fun party - dancing in the rain Such a wonderful day.

Brittany and Matt’s wedding day was all about having fun and letting go any of the previous stresses of planning their big day. Finally walking down the aisle and dancing the night away with their loved ones. The entire day was fun and light hearted with many beautiful photos opportunities from confetti to a glowing orange sunset. Thanks so much for having me! xo

Mahayla and Tim’s wedding in the river land was an absolute dream. Not just the rural location right by the river Murray with beautiful old stone buildings around us. Not just the bohemian decorations giving the space a relaxed but beautiful vibe. But also how relaxed and fun the day was, and not just because there were kids playing underfoot. Mahayla and Tim managed to pull off an atmosphere where everyone could just relax and be themselves, sharing and celebrating the special and intimate moments of the day. A lovely day for the family to come together.

Sam & Buddy’s wedding was classic and authentic. Just watch how these guys looked at each other and you could feel the love. The day was full to bursting with beautiful things. All the special little touches they put together, the gifts and kind words. A ceremony full of love and photo adventures out to some of my favourite places in McLaren Vale, including Gull Rock. Then a night full of dancing and celebrating with loved ones. As always, I’m going to let the photos do the talking. xo

Rachel and Arlen’s wedding was a big party and celebration! From the puff & pop balloons to the donut wall and dancing. But also beautifully formal with gorgeous blacks, whites and golds and stunning outfits. All central to Adelaide with their heartfelt ceremony at Pennington Gardens, and portraits from the limo along the way to their reception at Chateau Apollo. It was fun, beautiful and perfect!

Kyla & Jane had a relaxed, natural and romantic wedding surrounded by big, beautiful trees in Kuitpo Forest. Their day was full of gorgeous moments, from the ceremony, exchanging rings, first kiss, and becoming each other’s wives. To celebrating with loved ones in natural confetti and by dancing the night away. I adored the cute Kombi Van they hired as their wedding car, which took us along dirt paths to beautiful and natural places. And had a wonderful evening celebrating their love with their loved ones! Who looked great in their new rainbow socks.

Kelsey and Sam’s wedding day was all about having FUN! And they planned (as much as possible) to be able to relax and enjoy the day, sharing as much of the fun as the possible. Having a first look to take their bridal party portraits before the ceremony so they could join in on the delicious canapes ensured that their day was all about sharing time with loves ones and the food of course! Our portrait sessions were also relaxed and fun, and an absolute breeze with the talented Mat from Hair by Mat Johnson ensuring not a hair was out of place or shoe left unpolished as we ventured down dirt paths to vines and trees. Kels and Ricky had a unique, colourful, loud, fun and creative wedding in the beautiful country setting of Currency Creek on a private property for hire. Such a stunning location with beautiful fields and lovely old buildings. Decorated thoughtfully with customised and artistic touches. I absolutely loved the bridesmaids floral wreaths instead of bouquets., so cute and creative! When the day gave way to evening, and everyone’s bellies were full from the two food trucks, the party ramped up with dancing and live music right into the night. It was fantastic.
