Every now and then you meet a couple who has a love so real it melts your heart (and maybe tears you up a bit too), this was one of those times! From the moment I met Zoe and Sam at their awesome private property near Carrickalinga I knew this would be one of my favourite weddings... With a theme that was Aussie beach meets Aussie bush, and a breathtaking setting combining with such a beautiful couple, inside and out, completely in love. How could it not be?

Daniel & Carmen's wedding at Port Willunga Beach and Serafino Winery was a perfect example of the beauty McLaren Vale has to offer. It was also a beautiful representation of a perfect multicultural wedding, and a gorgeous love story that brought two lovers from across the seas together. Carmen from Spain, Daniel a local Aussie guy, destined to be together.

Eiryn & Steven have been planning their vow renewal for a very long time, and it really showed on the day. Eiryn had picked out the most beautiful, bright and lovely designs for decor from mismatched porcelain cups and plates to floating chandeliers in the pillowy outdoor marquee to her stunning floral gown, hand made by her mum.

Sometimes you see two people who are just meant to be together, and that is a beautiful thing. Jodie & David's Wedding was my very last wedding of Summer (can you believe it!?) Every interaction I had with them showed a beautiful love and connection that was a joy to capture on their perfect wedding day. A small, intimate and lovingly styled cocktail wedding at Beach Road Wines in McLaren Vale. With soulful acoustic tunes from the talented Shannon Lloyd, a perfect as always, personalised ceremony by the gorgeous Pen Carrick and bright pops of colourful flowers by Turquoise Rose dotting the scene.

Sandi & Paul's wedding At Kooyonga Golf Club felt like one big, beautiful party, very relaxed, fun, and full of laughter, love and LOTS of dancing! (DJ Loc Tran did some very cool mixes and mashes that got everyone jumping, very fun.) Right from the ceremony through the portraits (and yes, we ALL got to drive electric gold buggies. Woo!), the reception and right to the end. Everyone was just so happy for Sandi & Paul, celebrating in exuberant style. I was so pleased to be part of this gorgeous and fun day.

This was such a beautiful and relaxed wedding. The Adelaide Sailing Club at West Beach makes a lovely wedding venue. With friendly staff, gorgeous beach views and a very relaxed atmosphere. Very well suited to Alice and their guests, who were all so friendly, fun, gorgeous and chill. With amazing eclectic floral arrangements, great tunes from the Girls Next Door and stunning decor from the donut wall to the floral chandelier and lighting. Everything was perfect.

This was such a beautiful wedding. Glamorous with a hint of vintage, at the gorgeous setting of Coriole Vineyards. Having met in Europe when Courtney was backpacking, and setting up a life together in Norway with their two beautiful boys, it was the first time all of their family had been together in the same place. But you wouldn’t have been able to tell that, as the buzz of friendliness and happy chatter was a constant background noise the entire night. As was the amazing tunes from the Baker Boys Band that rang out across the vineyard.

Adelaide is a truly beautiful place, so any chance I get to explore it's many corners taking a varied range of photographs is a special one. Like these gorgeous wedding day portraits for Aref and Nicole!

Laura and David's wedding was a beautifully relaxed, garden wedding at Partridge House in Glenelg. With gorgeously subtle and romantic decorations creating an inviting space in their reception gazebo. Laura looked absolutely stunning in her Stephanie Allin wedding gown, and so did her bridesmaid with their very cool pink heels. And with one of David's groomsmen playing the music for the ceremony, the day felt extra close and special.

Just days before their wedding, I met Laura and David at a cold and windy Summer Glenelg beach for their engagement portrait session. I could barely believe it when they said they'd never had professional photos before, because they were both complete naturals in front of the camera! Picking up on the smallest of suggestions with complete ease. (I think you guys should be models, hehe). What else can I say that the photos don't already tell?
