Family Portraits at Belair National Park
Every time we take family portraits involving everyone, (adult kids included), I’m reminded how special and important family is. We often document our early days as a family, when the children are little and we’re just finding out feet. But celebrating a history of memories as we grow into adults ourselves is so special as well. (Each time we do a session like this, I just want to grab my own family and do the same!) Thanks so much for having us to capture these memories for you guys! x
Maddy & Kev's Woodhouse Rockabilly Wedding
Maddy and Kev had a big, beautiful and very unique wedding at Woodhouse Manor! It may have been a cold and very wet day, but none of the festivities were dampened. Not even the petting zoo! Full of the cutest little animals from baby pigs to height seeking goats. They weaved so many cool elements into their eclectic, maximalist day. Which gave the event a mix of country fair, gaming arcade and nightclub vibes. Best of all was the community feel of the day - everyone was involved. Many guests bringing a dessert to feast on for their blue ribbon table, and many guests staying the night in one of Woodhouse’s numerous bunks. Even Maddy and Kev got to share in that vibe bunking in with all of their guests. It was such a fabulous day!
Erin & Dave's Adelaide Family Portraits
I love capturing family portraits! It means I get to see beautiful families grow and personalities blossom. It’s especially lovely when we get to hang out on a beautifully sunny day in a very natural space full of trees and things to explore. This was a beautiful little session spent exploring the scrub, some old farm ruins and jumping from rock to rock. So lovely to spend time with your beautiful family again Erin and Dave. x
Abby & Phil's Relaxed Fleurieu Cherries Wedding
Abby & Phil planned a relaxed and intimate wedding to share with their friends, family and of course their dog Finley. Excited to spend their day celebrating with everyone, eating pizza, listening to heartfelt speeches and hanging out with their furry friend! Fleurieu Cherries is such a great venue for a relaxed vibe, beautiful views, a round of golf if you fancy, and plenty of space to celebrate and eat good food. I hope you both had the most fantastic day!
Chris & Max's Adelaide Hills Elopement
Chris and Max had a beautifully relaxed and intimate wedding ceremony at Sinclair’s Gully with their closest family and friends, many who made the journey across the sea from the other side of the world. Sinclair’s Gully is not only warm and welcoming with the perfect relaxed vibe, but also gorgeously Aussie with it’s ghost gum forest and native wildlife. The perfect setting for a perfect wedding celebration.
Alisha and Brandon's Adelaide Zoo Easter Wedding
Alisha and Brandon had a relaxed and fun wedding day at the Adelaide Zoo, creating memories to last a lifetime! From giraffe feedings and tiger feedings to walks around the zoo with little snack bags (lovingly put together for each guest by Alisha & Brandon), heartfelt speeches, delicious cakes and a night filled with dancing. But best of all Alisha & Brandon got to marry their best friend with their family all together for the first time in the one location. Soaking in the beautiful green space of the zoo and enjoying the company of their closest and oldest friends.
Lisa & Daniel's Windy Point Wedding at the Bird Box
Lisa and Daniel had an intimate, elegant and classic wedding in a beautiful backyard in Aldgate. It was easy to capture some lovely portraits for them amongst the trees, hedges and flowers in the garden, as well of plenty of candid and relaxed moments with guests. They followed up their ceremony with a delicious meal overlooking the city lights at the Windy Point Bird Box restaurant. A perfectly relaxed and beautiful wedding day.
Sue & Chris' McLaren Vale Elopement
Sue and Chris had their dream elopement in McLaren Vale with close family watching on. They got ready in a cute little B&B before marrying with sand between toes and waves lapping nearby. After their special ceremony and portraits with loved ones they jumped in their gorgeous classic jag for sunset portraits on the top of the Blanche Point cliffs. It was a magical day!
Kody and David's Penny's Hill Wedding
Kody and David had a beautifully rustic wedding with a country vibe, marrying in a sheep paddock beneath a gorgeous old gum tree! They spent the day celebrating with their friends and family and dancing the night away to some really good tunes. Penny’s Hill always provides the goods for photo locations from the old stone walls to vineyards, paddocks and gum trees. It was a gorgeous day!
Renee and Angus' One Paddock Currency Creek Wedding
Renee and Angus’ wedding day was warm and bright with perfect weather, a relaxed and casual day. They looked forward to all the special moments; the ceremony, speeches and first dance. One Paddock at Currency Creek was the perfect venue for their rustic boho vibe with beautiful views, vineyard and even horses. It made me one very happy photographer, what a beautiful day!
