Jess & Mon's Colourful Gay Wedding at the Jade, Adelaide
Jess & Mon’s wedding was gorgeous. Full of beautiful life, colour and heart, whilst being totally laidback, relaxed and easy going. They hit the record for most number of tears from the photographer, with their ceremony so full of heart that I don’t think there was one dry eye left. Until the party of course, surrounding the newly happily married couple with smiles, love and dancing. Thank you so much for sharing your amazing day with me!
Carlos & Bronnie's Mexican Wedding
You know the saying “I left a piece of my heart there”? I always thought it was just a saying until I visited Mexico for Carlos & Bronnie’s wedding. Not just the food (tacos!), not just the culture, not just the place, but so many beautiful people as well. After capturing Carlos & Bronnie’s SA wedding, it was such a pleasure to spend time with them again in another beautiful country to capture their Mexican wedding.
Elke & Jarrad's Bohemian Port Pirie Wedding
Elke and Jarrad’s wedding was stunningly beautiful and unique, and not just because of the dust storm that blew through on an abnormally hot October day creating a sky full of glowing warmth. The effort they both put into turning the backyard of their home into a relaxed, colourful and boho space was worth every second. That effort mixed with some amazing style (I mean, just check out how gorgeous Elke’s dress is and how cool Jarrad’s suit is!) created a dream wedding. Teepees, delicious food, plentiful drinks, colourful and welcoming decor and all surrounded by the love of family and friends. What a day! Thank you so much for having me capture it for you!
The MacDonald's Natural Family Portraits Belair National Park
I captured wedding photos for Britt and Cam several years ago, since then they’ve welcomed 2 (super cute!) little boys to their family. While’s Britt’s folks were visiting from the US, we thought it would be a wonderful time to capture some family portraits and memories for them! Belair National park is a beautiful and natural location, and when we visited it was full to bursting with wild spring flowers. With the boys being boys we captured a nice mix of formal and relaxed family portraits. It was such a fun and beautiful session! Thanks for having me to capture these memories for you again guys. :) x
Anita & Alistair's Fun Red Poles Wedding
Anita and Alistair had a spectacularly fun wedding at the lovely Red Poles Winery in McLaren Vale, with lovely little touches and odes to their Latvian heritage. It was a very natural and relaxed day, with a casual and fun vibe. When I asked Anita & Alistair what they were most looking forward to on their wedding day they said they were “obviously excited for the official ceremony where it all become real, as well as the whole afternoon and night in general. We are just stoked to be sharing our love with our friends and family… and you!” What better words could you use to describe the excitement that comes with marrying the love of your life? I was so thrilled to be part of those happy day.
Em & Martin's Natural Port Lincoln Wedding
Em & Martin’s natural wedding was a relaxed and peaceful day full of all the good vibes. Their little ceremony setup on a secret dirt road surrounded by trees either side was a little bit magical. As was the amazing sunset that glowed over the hills. And I love how their celebrant Nguahuia described the rain both before and on the morning of the day as just washing the earth clean for their ceremony.

Ben & Kelly's Adelaide Winter Wedding at Ayers House
Who doesn't love a gorgeous Winter wedding? Especially when that beautiful, low Winter sun is gleaming in-between short showers, and we get to hang out in Stranger Things -esque after dark lighting. Ben & Kelly had a gorgeous Winter Wedding at the classic Ayers House, and it was such a pleasure to be a part of. As always, Ayers House was classically decorated in contemporary ways, loads of gorgeous green plants, a red carpet and that gorgeous glass ceiling. Transformed perfectly into a party space after all the formalities were done. Ben and I used to work together, so it was extra special for me to see him tie the knot with his long term partner.
Roanna & James' Adventurous Deep Creek Engagement Portraits
My favourite sessions are adventurous settings, with awesome couples just as excited as I am to explore the great, beautiful outdoors of Australia! And does anything say Australia better than roos bounding across rolling plains with expansive views of bright blue seas? Deep Creek is one of those iconically beautiful Aussie landscapes, and it was great to capture some beautiful engagement portraits there with Roanna & James recently. Even took the new little car out for a 4WD adventure down to blow hole beach right as the sun was setting.
Kathryn & Ben's Tasmanian Wedding
I had such a great time travelling to Tasmanian to capture my cousin Kathryn and her husband Ben’s wedding. They took advantage of not one, but two churches for their wedding day. Getting married in the beautiful building of Hobart Baptist Church, and hosting their reception in the Citywide Baptist Church, a converted bowling alley and a great large space. Which they, their friends and family spent hours lovingly decorating with rustic and natural touches. Taking portraits at sunset in the beautiful Seven Mile Beach reserve was just the gorgeous icing on the cake. Let me tell you, Tassie has some amazing sunsets and beautiful scenery.
