Bianca & Kenan's Love Filled Glen Ewin Estate Wedding
On Sunday, I was blessed to capture a wedding that was full of so much love, in every form! The love of family. The love of friends. And the love between soulmates.
Bianca & Kenan’s wedding day was perfect in every way, from their amazing fashion sense (talk about those suits, and Bianca’s stunning dress), to the gorgeous venue, delicate florals and lovely styling.
Abi & Stefan's Gorgeous Adelaide Summer Wedding
On Saturday it felt like Summer had finally come in full force with a 41 degree, overcast day embracing the city. No matter the weather though, it was going to be a beautiful day! Abi & Stefan married in the gorgeous Flinders Street Baptist Church in Adelaide, such a classic and stunning old building surrounded by many friends and family. It was a hot day, but Abi & Stefan's happiness, love and kind personalities kept the day absolutely joyful. And the "dabbing" (is that right?) certainly kept the day "cool". (Ah... I'm so not trendy, haha!)
Cate & Roj's Perfect Backyard Wedding in Middleton
On Monday I shot my first wedding for 2017, and what a great wedding it was to bring in the New Year! Cate & Roj did an amazing job planning and setting up their casual & relaxed backyard beach wedding in Middleton. A place that they love, and were happy to share with their family, including their two beautiful fur babies!
2016 - An Adelaide Photographer's Year in Review
This is my first year in review post, not because I've had nothing to share, but because I've always found it waaaayyyyy too hard to choose what to share. It's hard enough to choose which 50-100 photos per wedding to share on each of their blog posts. Let alone which one photo from each session to bring together in one end of year blog post. This year however, I can't help but share!
Erin & Dave's Adventurous Adelaide Engagement Session
When you start a shoot with the question "how adventurous are you?", and you end the shoot with the excited exclamation "we're alive!!". You know that it's bound to have been full of awesome(ness).
Jo & Ben's Gorgeous K1 Winery Wedding
Jo & Ben are two of the loveliest people you could hope to meet. Catching up with them and their energetic golden retriever Charlie for an engagement session on the beach in October, I knew right away that their wedding day would be special. Meeting them again at their venue, the gorgeous (& delicious!) K1 Winery, and hearing all their plans for the day confirmed the feeling.
Steph & Jordan's Beautiful Nuriootpa Church Wedding
A couple of weeks ago I photographed the wedding of these two beautiful souls. And what a time it has been for them! Completing exams, exploring beautiful locations with me from Nuriootpa to Tanunda, moving house, getting married, and finishing it off with a lovely cruise on their honeymoon. Wow!
How much coverage does a wedding photography package give you?
I want to take a little moment to talk to you all about wedding photography packages, how to choose the best one for you, and what you can expect to have covered in each. At the time of writing this blog post, I offer 4 wedding photography packages of 4, 6, 8 or 10 hours, with the option to add extra hours of coverage as you need. But these are just numbers right? How do you know what that means in terms of memories captured?
Jess, Brad & Maddison's Natural Family Portraits at Kuitpo Forest
After capturing Jess & Brad's beautiful wedding in October this year, I was thrilled to use their engagement session to capture some beautiful, natural family photos after things quietened down a little. (Just in time for Christmas too!)
Hayley & Katrina's Perfect Willunga Wedding
Hayley & Katrina's wedding on Sunday was something special. Arriving at the Thomas Street Reserve in Aldinga, there was a legitimate buzz of excitement. And as there ceremony began everyone was swept up in the beautiful, heartfelt emotion of Katrina & Hayley's love for each other and the beautiful words they shared to express that.
