When we checked the weather the day before, and saw a forecast for wind and rain, Camilla and I still had a feeling that this engagement session would be beautiful. And boy was it beautiful! With storm clouds looming on the horizon, a slight sprinkle of rain and strong gusty sea breezes we decided to brave the beautiful beach near Gull Rock.

So spending their wedding day with them was both beautifully relaxed and fun! Their stunning and warm Autumn backdrop of the Mount Lofty Botanic Gardens was an ideal setting for a wedding ceremony that was full of laughter and happiness. Will you take this woman? Hell Yeah! (It’s always such a pleasure working with Penelope Carrick, who’s ceremonies are always fun and warm.)
Read MoreThis wedding day flew by in the blink of an eye, which is no surprise to me as it felt like spending the day with friends! As soon as I saw Matt, he couldn't hold back his excitement. Getting ready with his four groomsmen at his mums house we laughed, played cricket, cleaned chairs and reminisced about his days growing up in the home. Visiting Dom I was greeted by the most beautiful gown, dress, girls and family. Dom's Uncle Joe did an AMAZING job on the hair, and as soon as the dress was on everything came together, Dom looked prefect.

Charlotte and Edward couldn't wait to be married, and so with just over one month, and with the help of friends and family they put together the most perfect little elopement. The arbour, table settings, flowers and Heidelberg cake all looked both beautiful and delicious!

Gorgeous old cars surrounded you wherever you looked, including a couple of visiting cars temporarily on display (Anthony and his dad's very own beautiful vintage cars provided not just transportation but looked great!)
Read MoreLauren & Brent's wedding on Friday was the definition of what an elopement should be. Beautifully small, intimate, full of emotion and in a stunning location close to their hearts. Mylor has beautiful rolling hills, lovely views overlooking Mount Lofty and a rustic conservation park. It even has it’s own Thai Buddhist forest Monastery! (Not many Adelaide suburbs can boast that). Better still though, it was right in the backyard of where Brent had spent his childhood growing up. Pair that with the fact that he is a park ranger, and that they both enjoy regular, adventurous walks through National parks and reserves, and this was without a doubt the perfect spot for their elopement.
Read MoreOn a recent sunny Sunday I had the pleasure of capturing some family portraits and memories for Pitre's 70th birthday celebration at Vintners in the Barossa Valley. Family celebrations are always so special! They bring everyone together and remind you of just how loved you are. And the love was so evident at this celebration. With loved ones reuniting, some for the first time in many many years. What a stunning location for it too, under the warm autumn leaves and in the beautiful gardens of Vintners.
Read MoreHayley & Anthony's wedding on Saturday at the Adelaide Botanic Gardens was a beautiful day, all about not just Hayley & Anthony's love for each other - but for their beautiful children Milla and Cash too. The morning was a buzz with excitement and a little dash of chaos, with a new shirt sent to the boys via taxi (to replace a groomsman's shirt that didn't quite fit), and two very excited children raising the energy of the room with the girls.

For Kim & Josh, Partridge House was the most logical place to have their wedding as the original halfway point between their two houses when they first started dating. Beyond logic, just how perfect is that?
