Alex & Ryan's Adelaide Wedding
What a perfect Adelaide wedding this was! Showcasing not one, or two, but three of our great locations! With the wedding ceremony at the beautiful Penny's Hill Winery in McLaren Vale, to bridal portraits in the magnificent Kuitpo forrest, and capping everything off with a big celebration at the funky Kentish in North Adelaide. It was all just perfectly balanced and diverse in the most complimentary way.
Camilla & Brodies Bohemian Rustic Wedding in the Barossa Valley
When I first walked in the door on Friday morning I could not stop squealing "everything is so pretty!!" From the bridesmaids gowns, to the gorgeous flower crowns, Camilla’s beautiful lace wedding gown, (all of the outfits really), the hair, makeup, flowers, styling, beautiful happy smiles, pink fluffy slippers, everything. Including Camilla’s parents gorgeous property, with rolling hills and vineyards and a gorgeous natural setting of gums and the quintessential, semi-rural Barossa property.
Emma & Alex's Glenelg Wedding
Emma and Alex married on a beautifully warm day, surrounded by friends and family beneath the gorgeous tree at Partridge House, Glenelg. I always love to see a grooms first expression as he sees his bride, and just knowing she was coming it was beautiful to see how overwhelmed with emotions and love Alex was for Emma as she walked down the aisle. The day was them, with beautiful little touches, hints of purple, and little Star Wars tributes worked into the decor.
Jess & Jordan's Marybank Wedding in the Adelaide Hills
Jess & Jordan had a beautifully intimate wedding at the gorgeous country stay of Marybank in the Adelaide Hills. (Now one of my top 5 venues!) With just their closest family and friends surrounding them with love and joy, a few tears shed, and as always a perfect ceremony by Pen (number 250!), it was a simply perfect day.
Iwonka, Justin & Delilah's Natural Newborn Family Portraits
After photographing Justin & Iwonka's wedding a bit over a year ago, I felt I had met two genuinely lovely and authentic people. So when they announced that a little one was on the way, I was very excited! Beautiful inside and out, it's no wonder their baby girl Delilah is so gorgeous. It's so special for me to be able to continue documenting the significant moments in a couples life after their wedding. And even better when we can form real friendships.
Zoe & Tristen's Barossa Wedding at a Family Home
When Zoe and Tristen described to me their intimate wedding with only those closest to them at their grandmas house in the Barossa. With a goal to keep things simple but elegant with a little country charm, I instantly knew their day would be a dream to photograph! Nestled in the rustic setting of the beautiful family home, Zoe and Tristen were married by the fabulous Kate from Blissful Wedding Ceremonies (and my partner at Our Wild Love Elopements).
Lou and John's Angaston Marquee Wedding
This was a magical wedding day set amidst the gorgeous scenery of Angaston in the Barossa Valley. Lou and John planned their day to be elegant and classic, which they pulled off with impeccable style. I have to say that their marquee set up was one of my favourites, with gorgeous fairy lights, chandeliers, a live band and amazing floral arrangements.
Jess & Brad's Chateau Tanunda Wedding
What an absolutely beautiful wedding this was in every single way. Jess and Brad's wedding was rustic but modern, with delicate mints, greys and an abundance of white casting a gorgeously elegant colour pallet for the day. Both Brad and Jess got ready for their big day at the Novotel, so close but completely out of sight from each other. With many of their family and friends also staying at the Novotel, it had a great vibe about it! Full of fun and excitement.
Sha & Tony's Adelaide Botanic Garden & State Library Wedding
They say that time flies by when you’re having fun, and so on Tony and Sha’s wedding day I must have been having a ball! Because in what felt like only one short blink the afternoon was over, and the party was beginning. Sha and Tony’s wedding was elegant, chic and classic with a big focus on family and close friends. And a particularly special focus on Sha and Tony’s sons, with Sha’s son giving her away and Tony’s son keeping special hold of the rings.
Amber & Dan's Fun Brighton Beach Engagement Session
Amber & Dan's engagement portraits session at the beach on Tuesday at sunset was so much fun! The session started with hugs, was full of smiles and ended with very wet pants for Dan. The water was finally not freezing! And with waves lapping the sand and splashing Amber and especially Dan, it was a fun and laughter filled session.
