Soph and Jason were visiting family in Adelaide from Alice Springs when Soph planned a surprise engagement session at Semaphore Beach. They had been engaged for a year and wanted something joyful to mark it, along with photographs of the little family they had made with Eira Ingrid Shadow Night-Walker, their one-year-old camp dog. Eira is 90% black, 100% raccoon and deeply committed to collecting anything she can find. Obviously, she was integral to the photographs. 😆
We used simple prompts that left plenty of room for the real laughter to take over. Following the sunset light through the dunes and beneath Semaphore Jetty, popping a bubbles and finishing ankle-deep in the water. No performance required. Just gentle direction, ridiculous laughter and a very good reason to get a little wet.
